Walima setup day in a hall or marquee
A typical day, not a fixed schedule. Real timings depend on your venue, package and event time.

- Colour matchWe fit the palette to the couple's outfits, usually whites, ivory, blush or gold.
- Hall handoverCrew arrives as soon as the hall allows, often the morning of the walima.
- Roughly 4 to 6 hoursStage frame and florals first, then centrepieces and the entrance.
- Lights and final checkCandle or chandelier lighting is tested, tables are rechecked and the stage is adjusted for the camera.
