Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Confirming a booking

A date is confirmed once we receive your advance payment of PKR 3,000–5,000 (or the amount stated in your quote), paid via cash, bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa. Until the advance is received, your date is not guaranteed and may be given to another client.

Balance payment

The remaining balance is due on the day of setup, before or at handover of the finished décor, unless we've agreed a different schedule with you in writing.

Refunds

The advance payment is non-refundable, because it reserves your date, materials and labour and stops us taking other bookings for that slot. If you cancel after paying the balance, any amount paid beyond the advance is refundable in full if cancelled more than 7 days before the event, 50% refundable if cancelled 3–7 days before, and non-refundable within 72 hours of the event, since materials are purchased and prepared by then.

Rescheduling

You can reschedule your event date once free of charge with at least 7 days' notice, subject to our availability on the new date. Rescheduling within 7 days of the original date, or a second reschedule, may carry a small rush/re-booking charge, which we'll confirm with you before proceeding.

If we need to reschedule

In the rare case we must move your date (illness, extreme weather, unforeseen circumstances), we will offer the next available date at no extra charge, or a full refund of all amounts paid including the advance if no suitable date works for you.
