How an engagement setup day unfolds
A typical day, not a fixed schedule. Real timings depend on your venue, package and event time.
- ConfirmationShare the date, venue and outfit colours. A small advance locks the date.
- Design passWe suggest blush, ivory or white-and-green and check how your wall or lawn will carry it.
- Setup day, middayThe crew arrives, builds the frame and floral wall, and sets up the photo corner. A loveseat is added if requested.
- Next 3 to 5 hoursCandles and lanterns are placed, signage is mounted and the ring tray is styled.
- Final checkWe look at the setup through a phone camera, adjust florals for the angle and go through candle safety with the family.
- The ceremonyThe ring exchange and family photos happen with the setup untouched.
- RemovalTaken down the next day or at an agreed hour.
