Ask for a video of a recent setup with the date. Reposted Pinterest photos are common.
2. What exactly is included at this price?
Backdrop size, flowers (fresh or artificial), lights, seating count, signage, setup and removal — get it in a WhatsApp message.
3. What is the advance and is it refundable?
A small advance (PKR 3,000–20,000) is normal; a 50% advance for a small home setup is not.
4. When will you arrive and when will you remove everything?
Fix both times in writing.
5. What happens if it rains or the venue changes?
A good vendor has an indoor fallback plan.
