3. What is the advance and is it refundable?

A small advance (PKR 3,000–5,000) is normal; a 50% advance for a small home setup is not.

4. When will you arrive and when will you remove everything?

5. What happens if it rains or the venue changes?

A good vendor has an indoor fallback plan.
